TIER ONE ATHLETE
Virtual Cohort Program Terms, Consent, and Release

Please read this document carefully before registering your athlete for the Tier One Athlete Virtual Cohort program. By checking the consent box during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to each section below.

1. Program and Facilitator
The Tier One Athlete Virtual Cohort is a six week leadership development program delivered live over Zoom, one hour per week, by Dan Peiffer through Inspire Coaching and Leadership Development. By registering, you acknowledge that Dan Peiffer is the facilitator of this program and that your athlete will be participating under his direction for the duration of the six sessions.

2. Consent for Minor Participation

If your athlete is under the age of 18, your registration confirms that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you give permission for them to participate in live virtual Zoom sessions as part of this program. Athletes are required to have their camera on for the duration of each session.

3. Recording Disclosure
Sessions may be recorded by Dan Peiffer for internal review only. Recordings are not shared publicly, posted on social media, or distributed to any third party. By registering, you acknowledge and consent to this internal recording practice.

4. Release of Liability
By registering your athlete for this program, you release Dan Peiffer and Inspire Coaching and Leadership Development from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your athlete's participation in the Tier One Athlete Virtual Cohort program, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This program is educational and developmental in nature and does not involve physical activity.
